If you are or are planning to be a mortgage loan originator in the state of Missouri, to renew or obtain your license in Missouri, you must complete the required 20-Hour pre-license course before applying for your renewal or a new license. All Missouri mortgage loan originators must complete the 20-hour course by July 31, 2010 in order to renew their licenses in 2010.
