Home Inspection Courses
Missouri State Requirements
Missouri does not presently have any state
certification/licensing/registration
requirements.  Even though the state has
no requirements, you should contact your
local jurisdiction, as there may be
requirements for home inspectors at the city
or county level.

It is advantageous to become a member of a
national organization such as American
Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
www.ashi.org or National Association of
Home Inspectors (NAHI)
www.nahi.org.
Most Home Inspection organizations require a specific amount of educational hours and/or
experience to join and to maintain membership.

While the numbers continue to grow, the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
estimates that 77 percent of the homes sold in the United States and Canada today are
inspected prior to purchase. This means that the market is still underserved and that the
remaining growth potential is considerable.

Now you can get the education and training you need to become a successful Home Inspector
through a comprehensive online curriculum from CompuTaught.
